Get your free estimateThe Dryden Restoration Los Angeles Guarantee
We stand behind every water damage restoration, mold remediation, and fire damage restoration job we do in Los Angeles. Our guarantee is not a handshake and a hopeful smile. It’s a written 365-Day Done Right Promise on every repair, a written price before any work starts, and a commitment to return and correct any covered repair that fails inside a full year at zero additional cost. That’s what backing your work looks like when your name is on the door. Carl Brandt, Owner, has been answering for this company’s work since 2005, and the guarantee is the reason he can sleep at night.
What’s Covered
Every Dryden Restoration Los Angeles job carries a specific set of commitments. Here is what you get in writing before we touch a wall, a floor, or a ceiling.
- Workmanship. If a covered repair fails within 365 days of completion, we come back and correct it at no additional cost.
- Written price before work starts. The number we quote is the number you pay. It does not change at the door, after demolition, or when the project gets messy.
- Arrival window, committed in writing. We show up in the window we gave you. If something changes, you hear from us before the window closes, not after.
- Clean job site. We leave the place cleaner than we found it. That means no drywall dust in the hallway, no equipment scuffs, no mystery trash bags on the curb that belong to you now.
- Background-checked, uniformed technicians. Every person who enters your Los Angeles home is verified and wearing a Dryden uniform. You know exactly who you let in.
- Professional-grade equipment, IICRC/RIA/IFA standards. We run Dri-Eaz, Phoenix, XPOWER, B-Air, and Injectidry systems, and we work to the damage-restoration industry’s recognized benchmarks for training and ethics.

Our Satisfaction Promise
If something does not feel right, you call. A live person answers. That’s the first part of the promise, and it’s not small. No voicemail tree, no “leave a message and someone will get back to you within two business days,” no after-hours recording. Dryden Restoration Los Angeles has live phone support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at (213) 423-6383.
When you call with a concern, we listen first. Then we schedule a return visit at no cost to you. A technician comes out, looks at the repair, and we figure out together what went wrong. If the repair failed under normal use inside the 365-day window, we fix it. That is not a favor. That is the Kingswell Way, and it has been the operating rule since 2005: say the price before the work, show up in the window we gave, leave the place cleaner than we found it, put the guarantee in writing, and come back if it fails.
If you are renting out a property in Los Angeles and a tenant reports a problem six months after we finished, you don’t have to chase us. You call, we come, we make it right. The Done Right Promise transfers with the repair because it’s attached to the work, not to whoever happened to sign the check.
Licensed & Insured Backing
A written guarantee is only as good as the company standing behind it. Dryden Restoration Los Angeles operates as a licensed and insured restoration contractor. That means the work is performed to a standard that state licensing requires, and the insurance coverage protects you and your Los Angeles property if something goes wrong. We carry insurance because damage restoration is unpredictable work. Hidden water, compromised framing, old wiring behind drywall, and mold colonies that spread further than anyone could see from the surface. When we open a wall in a 1920s bungalow in Highland Park or a mid-century home in Sherman Oaks, there is always a chance of a surprise. Licensing and insurance are the adult version of a guarantee. That’s the paper behind the promise.

AfterWhy We Put It in Writing
Los Angeles is a big market with a lot of restoration companies. Some of them are very good. Some of them hand you a verbal promise and then vanish when the floor starts cupping again three months later. We started writing the guarantee down in 2005 because Carl Brandt, Owner at Dryden Restoration Los Angeles, got tired of explaining to homeowners that “trust me” is not the same thing as “it’s in writing.”
The 365-Day Done Right Promise is documented, not verbal. You get a copy. We keep a copy. The terms are plain English, not fine print. If a covered repair fails within a full year, Dryden returns and corrects it at no charge. If something goes wrong inside that guarantee period, we come back. No arguing about whether it was “really our fault.” No charging for a second service call. That is the whole point of a guarantee, and the whole point of the Kingswell family of independently owned restoration businesses.
What the Guarantee Does Not Cover
We are direct about this because honesty is part of the bargain. The Done Right Promise covers the repair work we performed. It does not cover new damage from a new event. A pipe that leaks in March is not the same claim as a pipe that leaks in September. A fire that starts after we finish a water remediation is a new loss, not a warranty issue. We also do not cover normal wear and tear that would have happened regardless of our work, or damage caused by someone else modifying the area we repaired. When in doubt, call us at (213) 423-6383 and ask. We would rather answer the question honestly than let a misunderstanding turn into a bad review.
Common Questions About Our Guarantee
What if I’m not happy with how a repair looks?
Call us. If the finish work we did does not match the rest of the room, or a patch dried rough, or a texture line is visible where it shouldn’t be, that falls under our satisfaction promise. We come back, look at it, and correct it at no charge inside the guarantee period. Dryden Restoration Los Angeles has been fixing its own work since 2005, and that is exactly how you build a reputation in this city.
Will my insurance company acknowledge a written guarantee?
Yes. Insurance adjusters like written guarantees because they establish that the repair work has a documented warranty period. When we coordinate directly with your adjuster, our written scope and our guarantee paperwork give them what they need to process the claim cleanly. We provide photo documentation and direct adjuster communication on every claim.
Do I really have to keep the paperwork?
Yes. Keep the written price, the written scope, and the written guarantee. Put them in a file, a drawer, or the cloud. If you ever need to make a claim under the Done Right Promise, those documents make the process fast. We keep our copies too, so if you lose yours, call (213) 423-6383 and we can reissue the paperwork.
What does “covered repair” mean exactly?
It means the work we actually performed and documented in your written scope. If we dried a bathroom after a toilet overflow and the drywall we replaced starts cracking within a year, that’s covered. If your teenager puts a hole in the same wall with a skateboard, that’s not. The scope tells everyone what we touched, and the guarantee covers those items.
How does the free second visit work?
You call. A live person answers, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We schedule a return visit at no charge. A Dryden technician comes to your home, assesses the repair, and if the failure falls under the Done Right Promise, we correct it on the spot or schedule a follow-up at zero additional cost. The process is simple on purpose. We don’t want Los Angeles homeowners thinking about their restoration contractor longer than they have to.
