When water is pouring through a ceiling at 2 a.m., the person who shows up matters as much as the equipment they bring. Our Los Angeles crew has worked together for years, through flash floods in the Valley, slab leaks in older Craftsman homes, and kitchen fires that started with nothing more than a forgotten pan. Every technician who walks through your door is background-checked, uniformed, and trained to IICRC, RIA, and IFA standards. We’re an independently owned and operated Kingswell company, and the people below are the ones actually doing the work.
Restoration work we handle

Our People
Marcus R. – Lead Water Damage Technician
Marcus has spent 14 years in water damage restoration, the last nine of them with Dryden Restoration Los Angeles. He holds IICRC certification in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Structural Drying, and he’s the person we send when a job requires psychrometric drying, meaning the science of controlling temperature, humidity, and airflow to dry a structure correctly rather than just fast. He’s pulled wet drywall out of more Silver Lake bungalows and Mid-City duplexes than he can count. When he’s not running a drying chamber, he’s teaching apprentices how to read a moisture map. He still insists the strangest thing he’s ever found behind a wall was a fully intact 1978 Dodgers yearbook.
Dana W. – Senior Fire Restoration Specialist
Dana has been with us for 11 years and leads our fire damage work across Los Angeles. She’s certified in Fire and Smoke Restoration through the IICRC and specializes in odor sealing and content cleaning, which matters when smoke from a small kitchen fire has worked its way into every closet in a 1,400-square-foot home. She knows the specific challenges of older LA housing stock, from plaster walls in Hancock Park to the tight crawlspaces under Venice Beach cottages. Dana is the person who walks a homeowner through what’s salvageable and what isn’t, and she’ll tell you the truth even when it’s not what you want to hear. She keeps a running list of the best taco trucks near our job sites and will happily share it.
Elena G. – Service Coordinator
Elena is the voice you’ll hear when you call (213) 423-6383 at any hour. She’s been coordinating emergency response for Dryden Restoration Los Angeles for seven years and has an almost unsettling ability to keep a dispatch board straight during a storm event when twenty calls come in at once. She walks homeowners through the first steps over the phone, confirms arrival windows, and makes sure the crew shows up when we said they would. Before restoration, Elena worked in hospital patient coordination, and it shows. She’s calm, direct, and she remembers names. She’s also the reason our trucks leave the yard with coffee orders already sorted.
Jordan P. – Apprentice Technician
Jordan joined us two years ago through a referral from a plumbing supply house in the Valley. He’s working toward his IICRC Water Damage Restoration certification and spends most days on site with Marcus, learning how to set up Dri-Eaz and Phoenix drying systems and how to document moisture readings properly. Jordan grew up in Los Angeles and went to high school in the San Fernando Valley, which means he actually knows the difference between Studio City and Sherman Oaks without using GPS. He’s the one who crawls under the house when everyone else suddenly finds something important to do above ground. His goal is to run his own crew, and he’s about a year away from earning that.
One Standard, Every Job
The Kingswell Way isn’t a mission statement we printed once and forgot. It’s five rules the Los Angeles team actually follows: Say the price before the work. Show up in the window we gave. Leave the place cleaner than we found it. Put the guarantee in writing. Come back if it fails. Every job, from a burst supply line in a West Hollywood condo to a whole-house smoke cleanup in the hills, gets the same treatment. The equipment is professional grade, the standards are set by IICRC, RIA, and IFA, and the people are accountable by name. That’s what keeps a crew sharp after nearly two decades in Los Angeles.
If you’re dealing with water, mold, or fire damage, call (213) 423-6383. A live person answers, every time.
